DLI 9: Education management: Professionalizing education management in districts and schools to improve manager proficiency and performance.	(i) GOS has to fill Education Management Positions for FY-2013-14, in accordance with notified appointment rules, acceptable to the Association.	order issued dated 04 August 2014 regarding up gradation, bifurcation, re-designation, creation and shifting of various posts from BPS-14  to 20 for implementation of Education Management Recruitment Rules approved by the RRC-I on 22.05.2014.  4700 posts during previous and current Financial Years have been sanctioned. RFP published	A) Issuance of notification of Revised Recruitment Rules for all specialized cadres of Education Management B) Selection of Firm which will conduct written test for the recruitment of HMs
	(ii) GoS has to approve new Education management Positions for the FY-2014-15.	Education Management Positions (2700) are Sanctioned in the Budget for the FY -2014-15
	(iii) GoS has to provide to all contracted Education Managers  induction training, job guidelines and management resources	Sample contract is prepared, induction training will be imparted as and when new HMs appointed
	(iv) Assess their performance annually using Performance Evaluation Tools and procedures, all acceptable to the Association.	The performance of newly recruited HMs will be assessed as and when they appointed and complete stipulated period.
