GPE DLI 3: Strengthening Communication ( As per GPE): Improving the effectiveness of communication among internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the designed and implementation of reforms	(i)Formulation and approval of  the communication strategy and implementation plan	-TOR to hire  Survey Firm  finalized and send to WB for approval -Press briefing held about reforms in Education in Sindh (on 13th Aug,2014)	We are waiting for NOL from WB
	(ii) ED/RSU has organized an annual review of SESP implementation with internal and external stakeholders	-Information on Social media pages ( face book, Twitter and LinkedIn) updated and maintained -New website will be developed	Final approval is required
	(iii)ED/RSU has deployed a web- based internal communication platform with an integrated complaints management system and dashboard to upload all government notifications	-TOR of complaint management system and dashboard in progress, to be ready by mid Sept. A meeting to be held on 29th Aug,2014 with Root Welfare Foundation -Manually a log is maintained of all complaints received via e-mail/telephone /media -Directory of internal and external stake –holders, associated organizations and concerned media personals prepared.	We need briefing and technical input to formulate TORs
