GPE DLI 2: Establish mechanism to compile, analyze, improve and use data to strengthen evidence based human resource management.	(i) Basic HRMIS is operational	-EOI for hiring of the IT firm  is ready and will be pub,lished by  end of August 2014 -Hiring of HR Consultant and IT Cosnultant in  process and will be on board by    end of sept 2014
	(ii) HRMIS Manual approved with procedures, to the satisfaction of IDA, to a) populate HRMIS and analyze HRMIS data; and b) respond to the findings of the HRMIS analyses	-Hiring of HR Firm for preparation of manual and other related tasks is under process
